ABOUT

A regional American supercenter chain that was founded in 1942 and credited with pioneering the modern supercenter. Will include crowdsourced grocery shopping service that leverages shoppers at a store with Uber drivers.

Due to a variety of restrictions such as physical, time, etc. some people are unable to make it to the grocery store to pick up food for themselves and/or their families.

SOLUTION

To create an app to make the shopping process easy for users who are unable to shop for themselves. To consider and solve friction points that could slow down the efficiency of the checkout and delivery process.

STORY

Based off of the journey map, this story was created to identify the friction points and find realistic solutions to the problems so that the user’s had a better experience

USE FLOW

After finding the solutions to the friction points, word-listing began. The wordlist was then turned into a use flow & app model which organized all of the content and considered the screen flow of the application in a way that made sense for the end user.
